ACTIVE INBOX

An inbox is what you would find in your typical email service. You receive messages, you open them, you either reply, forward or ignore them… and then you forget about them. You wonder whether you got that follow up from last week, or if you actually sent that email the other day.

In your active inbox, you will find that messages stay put until you have answered them, even if you have read them. The advantage here is that nothing falls through the cracks.

After 30 days, messages automatically archive themselves, and the reply button comes with Spock-level logical answers: confirm, modify, and cancel options that are the sensible next step in the conversation, whether or not there will be an offer on a listing, and more!

PENDING RESPONSES

Think of the pending responses feature as the exact opposite of your Active Inbox – your sent messages will stick around until they receive a response!

This way, you’re sure that you did, in fact, send that showing request yesterday, and you can easily keep tabs on who’s gotten back to you and who hasn’t.
