Commencing June 1, 2013, there will be an increase in Development Charges in the City of Windsor. This increase has not yet been determined but will be inflationary based on the Consumer Price Index. Any application received before this date will be assessed at the current rate. Note: Any applications submitted before June 1, 2012 must be permit ready.
