Supra Customer Service hours:
Current Hours: 6:30am-5pm Pacific Time Monday – Friday
New Hours: 6am-4pm Pacific Time Monday – Friday
The new hours will begin Monday August 3rd.
The reason for this change is that they receive 5 times as many attempted calls from 6am to 6:30am than they do calls from 4pm-5pm. This hour change is only for the Supra Customer Service department.
Supra Customer Liaison (Tech/Billing Support) will continue to be available from 5am-5pm, Monday – Friday. Supra Agent Support will continue to be available from 5am-7pm, 7 days a week.
