The Ontario government launched a consultation on a broad range of possible changes to the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002 (REBBA). The government is seeking feedback in many areas, including multiple representation, transparency in the offer process, and salesperson incorporation.
All brokers and salespeople are encouraged to participate by reading the government’s consultation paper and submitting comments.
