If you have clients that are purchasing a home in Ford City/ East Windsor neighbourhoods a program is available to them through the City of Windsor. The SOAR After School Program is entirely free for participants aged 5-12. They offer a wide range of recreational programming as well as meals from Monday – Friday 3pm-6pm.
