As you may or may not know WECAR made the switch from ACCPAC to MMSI for our accounting and Member Management System. We are happy to announce that the new updates and “back-end” for Members will be available in the second week of March 2021!
What does this mean for you?
Members will be able to click a link in Matrix that takes you to a Member Portal. The portal will be connected by Single Sign-On (SSO) to Matrix and will not require you to “remember another password.”
Within the Member portal you can view past invoices, make payments to your account, update your credit card information, and more.
We will also be setting up the online store over the next month, where Members will be able to order and pay for supplies and branded clothing directly through this portal.
From a professional standpoint, are there any additional perks?
Yes, again! The updated back-end for Staff will begin daily integrations with Matrix and Supra which will streamline some of the data-entry for Membership purposes.
Invoice Payments FAQ:
Q: I have a credit card on file with the Association for auto-payments. Will I need to do anything special?
A: Not at all. If you wish to continue with auto-payments by credit card, we will continue to withdrawal the fees a week after the invoices go out.
Q: I pay month-to-month, what happens now?
A: You can choose to pay your bill through this online portal (by credit card), or you can pay via e-transfer to daniela@windsorrealestate.com, or you can come into the office to pay by cash or debit. We will still continue to accept cheques from Firm Offices through hand-delivery or mail as well.
