REALTOR.ca DDF® Real Estate Advertising Websites are able to filter listings they receive based on predefined search criteria.
At Kijiji’s request, listings submitted to their website via REALTOR.ca DDF® will now be filtered to allow residential and for sale property types only. These include single family dwellings, recreational properties, multi-family properties and condominiums.
If members have opted in to distribute MLS® listing content to Kijiji, only properties featuring at least one bedroom, at least one bathroom and a valid postal code will appear on Kijiji moving forward.
