The Ontario Government is considering an outright ban on multiple representation.
A ban on multiple representation would deny consumers the ability to choose to work with a REALTOR® they know and trust when making the largest financial decision of their lives.
The British Columbia Government created problems in the marketplace and harmed consumers when they eliminated multiple representation.
Ontario families deserve better!
Consumers interested in a real estate transaction that would currently fall under the rules of multiple representation, through informed consent, should be able to work with the REALTOR® of their choice.
In other words, consumers interested in the same property should, through informed consent, be able to work with the same REALTOR®.
We need you to tell the Government that when it comes to the largest financial decision of their lives, consumers should be able to work with a REALTOR® they know and trust.
