- The 2017 Homeownership 10% Downpayment Assistance Program runs until November 30, 2017 or when funds are depleted, whichever occurs first.
- Newspaper ads begin on Saturday, April 8, 2017 in the Windsor Star and will run in County publications on various dates between April 10-14, 2017.
- The program material will be posted on the City of Windsor website late Friday, April 7, 2017.
