The 2016 Homeownership Downpayment Assistance Program runs until November 30, 2016 or when funds are depleted, whichever occurs first. Newspaper ads began on Saturday, April 2, 2016 in the Windsor Star and will run in County publications in the following weeks on the first available various publication dates of each of the County newspapers. All program material has also been posted on the City of Windsor website as of April 2, 2016. Program material is also available in French.
