What is a virtual open house? A REALTOR® attends the listing property, alone, and live-streams to their social media account (ex. Facebook Live, Instagram Stories, etc). All interested parties can watch the live stream and ask questions and interact with the REALTOR® while getting a live tour of the home. A virtual version of an open house.
Please note: the live streaming open houses posted in this section will be posted on REALTOR.ca. However, any posted directly to member.REALTOR.ca will be deleted with every upload. Members who will be posting live streaming open houses should enter them into Matrix directly.
