- Any REALTOR® that I have not worked with I will provide a $50 dollar discount on their buyer’s inspection for the first inspection they use me on.
- Pre-listing inspections. My reports are very detailed and potential buyers would feel a lot more comfortable submitting an offer with my provided report available. I have had multiple buyers hire me to inspect a home that had a pre-inspection report done but they didn’t feel comfortable due to the lack of information in the report. A sign will be provided for the lawn and a full digital report will be provided to either print or a link can be given for the buyers to view. Pre-Listing inspections will be offered at a discounted rate of $125 off the inspection price. My base fee starts at $425 plus hst.
